Whew. Looking at your latest page.... You've gone a long way, baby! :D (May I ask what program you use for coloring, by the way?)

Jetyl

thanks :D

and the program I use for coloring and editing (which I clearly didn't do to begin with) is paint.net

Will check it out. Ever tried Gimp, by chance?

no, paint.net is the only program I've ever really used, and I still don't think I'm all that good at it.

can I assume Gimp is what you use?

Never hurts to deviate, though.

I do my color by hand (acrylic inks), but touch up (smudges, borders) in GIMP. It's a free program with similar functionality as Photoshop.. Depending on whether or not you use a pressure sensitive tablet for drawing your pages, it might be the way to go...

true enough. I might check it out. paint.net is also free so yeah.

sadly I am too cheap for a tablet, so all the drawing are hand drawn. I think that might actually be a little weird considering my average page has around 7 panels on it

Fair enough! For what it's worth, the only reason I got one was that it was a birthday present from significant other. XD..

And as far as getting good at any one program goes-- never underestimate the power of tutorials!
